Please review these policies carefully before making a refund request, as these are the Terms of Sale that govern your purchases at the Ideal Silai Shop. With respect to your purchases we set out your rights and obligations, including important limitations and exclusions. Your placement of an order on our website constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain that before you place your order you understand them.
Garment orders are based on the measurements/sizes provided and mentioned on the website.
All items must be dry cleaned, our company is not responsible for shrinkage of items. Items will not be accepted for returns if they have any emit, stains, body odors, or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damage, or water stains.
*Note: Above stated terms are only applicable if you contact us within ten(10) days after delivery.
*Note: There is no refund for handling charges and shipping.
*Note: Return shipping will be borne by the buyer.
Return Policy
Any return request will be entertained but under the below-mentioned circumstances, the request will not be entertained.
Our return policy lasts 10 days from the date of purchase, after the days have gone, we will not be able to honor your refund.
On sale items or during a sale period, any exchange or refund will not be entertained. The purchases made 10 days prior to the sale will be honored after the sale.
The items that are not eligible for a refund due to the nature of our products include but are NOT limited to:
Fragrances
Accessories
Groom's wear
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, to be eligible for a return.
All items must have to be sent back in their respective original packaging.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase, to complete your return.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, once your return is received and inspected. Even our team will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your Store Credit.
If your request is approved, then your Store Credit will be processed, and store credit shall be issued to you. But to process, this can take up to 14 days.
Shipping
To return your product, please contact us via our mailing address to resend your item. Our company will not be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, it will be borne by you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, it's the amount after deducting the shipping cost and taxes.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if you are shipping an item over $75. Our team doesn’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
